Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on orders over $49 within the continental United States. Additional rates apply to Hawaii, Alaska and certain areas. If you live in an area that is excluded from residential delivery, we will ship the items to the nearest terminal in your area for pick up determined by the shipping company at time of delivery.
Large items are shipped Freight on a pallet. Delivery will be to your home via curbside service but please note that lift gate service is an additional expense that is not included. If you would like a lift gate, please notify us at time of purchase. Small items are shipped via FedEx ground. Please note that we cannot ship to PO boxes.
When you order, we send you the tracking number of the package and the shipping company’s contact information. You can contact the shipping company about any delays. We select shipping companies that agree to deliver our customer’s furniture and home decor in a timely and safe manner, however, please understand the shipping companies are run by their own policies and procedures, which are completely out of our control. HappyFrog Decor makes no guarantee items will be delivered by a specified date. We will provide an estimated date if requested, but this is not to be taken as a guarantee. Should this date not be met, it is not a valid reason to cancel the order.
For an additional cost, white glove service is also available. This service will typically add 2-3 weeks to the transit time and should be considered if a smaller UPS-sized truck is necessary to reach your home or if you require inside delivery.

Shipping Rates

If a product is listed with “Free Shipping", this includes the cost of LTL shipping with NO LIFT GATE, within the contiguous 48 states. Smaller accessory & decor product pages on our web site listed with “Free Shipping” include the cost of shipping “Ground” via FedEx and/or USPS Priority mail. Please note that contiguous U.S.A. does not include Alaska, Hawaii or orders shipping to an island. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or any island are quoted separately.

When Your Freight Shipment Arrives

Please include the phrase " Possible Concealed Damages", when signing the Bill of Lading! This is imperative to do so if you do not open and completely accept the condition of the shipment. We are being required to do this because the freight carrier is making it almost impossible to put in damage claims without it.

Visible Damages

If visible damages are apparent please note it on the Proof of Delivery form. Please take photos and send them to us via email. In most cases slight damage can easily be repaired with materials we will send to you.
If you suspect any damage, please mark “possible concealed damage” when receiving your item from the freight company. Even though there may be no visible damage outside the packaging, sometimes interior damage may occur. This is because each item is handled with a fork lift and if handled roughly, items can break.
If damage is severe you have the option of immediately refusing delivery of your order. Damages must be noted on the Proof of Delivery form. Failing to note damage will affect HappyFrog Decor's ability to file a damage claim on your behalf. If a replacement is necessary, the replacement will be shipped via the same method and to the same location originally chosen.

Cancellation

Once manufacturing has begun we are required to charge a 25% cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is to recover some cost of material and labor.
Our production lead time is 6-10 weeks for most of our products. This does not included shipping. If an order takes longer than 16 weeks, you may ask for a refund without any penalty and one will be given in full. However, if your item is completed before 16 weeks and you request any changes to your piece that may post-pone the shipping date and incur additional cost.

Return Policy

Items of "standard sizes" may be returned within 14 days of receiving your product. Items must arrive back to HappyFrog Decor in the same condition as when it left the warehouse.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund, minus a 25% restocking fee and all shipping charges will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note we cannot accept returns on special orders and custom orders. This includes any piece that has been customized to your specifications other than our "standard sizes". Please contact us for case by case exceptions since our number one priority is customer satisfaction. We will do our best to make our customers happy within reason.

Note: Any furniture purchased directly from our website options are considered "standard sizes". For example, our standard sizes for bathroom vanities are as followed: (24"x20"x32"), (30"x20"x32"), (36"x20"x32"), (48"x20"x32"), (60"x20"x32"), (72"x20"x32"), (24"x22"x36"), (30"x22"x36"), (36"x22"x36"), (48"x22"x36"), (60"x22"x36"), (72"x22"x36").
